My name is Rose, and through painting, designing, crafting, photography and writing, I discovered a therapeutic outlet during my loved one's courageous battle with cancer. These creative spaces enabled me to express myself positively, embarking on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth.

This path transformed love and loss into unexpected beauty, strength, purpose and wounds into wisdom. It stands as a testament to human creativity, resiliency, and a commitment to leave a legacy.

This profound experience inspired the creation of SOYAM - a brand through which I share my story and creations to connect with others and foster awareness. SOYAM's mission is to encourage and inspire individuals, to explore the therapeutic value of self-expression, healing and transformation. Together, we find new ways to gain insight, develop coping skills, and utilize creativity to deal with life's challenges.

SOYAM originated from my nickname Mayos, spelled backward. This inspired the phrase "Story Of You And Me" - a brand name honoring the brief yet profoundly impactful connection I shared with my late fiancé and best friend, Patrick Milligan (10/1979 - 08/2022). His unwavering spirit, kindness and passion guide everything I create. I honor his memory by pouring that same love and dedication into something you can physically touch.

Every piece is carefully handcrafted with love and intention. It is created not just as an accessory, but as a vessel for your own stories-the moments you celebrate, the people you hold close, and the memories you never want to let go of.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

What story will your piece hold?
